can't send an e-Card? Hmmm... please contact us to azores@amachado.pt, and tell us exactly what's your problem. We'll help you promptly.
P: I've just received an e-mail saying that someone sent me an e-Card, but i don't know what to do...
R: Relax,
take a deep breath... one, two... one, two... ok. It's really easy to see your e-Card. If your e-mail software
is recent (wich i'm almost sure that it is) then you just need to click on the link shown on the e-mail. If for
any reason you're unable to click it, then just copy the link (make sure you copy the complete link) and paste
it on your webbrowser.
P: Ok, i've clicked on the link, but nothing appeared...
R: Be
sure that the link is complete. The link is formed by "http://www.amachado.pt/azores/en/ver.asp?pid="
followed by a complex number which in your case, is your e-Card code. Make sure you've pasted your link to your
browser correctly. If you still can't see the e-Card then please send us the message you've received to azores@amachado.pt
